§ 2-7-5 Labels. – (a) Any commercial fertilizer distributed in this state in containers must haveon or affixed to the container a label setting forth in clearly legible andconspicuous form the net weight and the information required by § 2-7-4(a)(5)(i), (ii) and (iii) of this chapter.
(b) In case of bulk shipments, this information, in writtenor printed form, shall accompany delivery and be supplied to the purchaser atthe time of delivery.
(c) A commercial fertilizer formulated according tospecifications furnished by a consumer prior to mixing shall be labeled toshow the net weight, guaranteed analysis, and the name and address of thedistributor.
