§ 20-10-10 - Assignability of permits.

SECTION 20-10-10

   § 20-10-10  Assignability of permits.– Any permit granted pursuant to this chapter shall be void if assigned in wholeor in part, unless that assignment is made with the prior approval of the CRMC.
