§ 20-10-11 Regulations. – The CRMC may adopt, repeal, and amend any rules and regulations that arenecessary and appropriate to carry out the provisions of this chapter, subjectto chapter 35 of title 42. Those rules and regulations shall be promulgated inconsultation with the director and the MFC.
