§ 20-10-15 - Authority to enter and inspect.

SECTION 20-10-15

   § 20-10-15  Authority to enter and inspect.– The director shall have the authority to enter and inspect any and all areassubject to an aquaculture permit for the purpose of determining compliance withthe terms and provisions of the permit.
