§ 20-13-9 - Hunting along or across highways.

SECTION 20-13-9

   § 20-13-9  Hunting along or acrosshighways. – It is unlawful for any person to hunt, pursue, kill, or shoot at any bird oranimal along, upon, or across any public highway in this state.
