§ 20-16-6 Prohibited methods of taking.– No person shall erect, set, repair, maintain, or tend any snare, or spread anypoison, for the purpose of catching or killing any animal, except withinbuildings located on land owned or occupied by him or her, unless specificallyallowed by regulations adopted under § 20-1-12.
