§ 20-5-17 Judicial enforcement of chapterand orders. – The superior court, upon the application of the director of environmentalmanagement, shall have jurisdiction in equity to enjoin the violation of any ofthe provisions of this chapter and to enforce the orders of the directorprovided for in this chapter.
