§ 20-6-5 Registered boat operated only bylicensee. – Each boat registered pursuant to § 20-6-4 shall be operated only by theperson to whom that boat was registered, provided that person is duly licensedfor the activity engaged in. Each registered boat used shall be limited, nomatter how many persons are on board, to the catch limit established for onelicensee.
