§ 21-17-9 Enforcement –Appropriations. – The director of environmental management shall administer and enforce theprovisions of §§ 21-17-1 – 21-17-10, and shall make suitableregulations to carry out the administration and enforcement. The generalassembly shall annually appropriate any sum that it may deem necessary to carryout the purposes of §§ 21-17-1 – 21-17-10.
