§ 21-4.1-6 - Prohibition on pricing.

SECTION 21-4.1-6

   § 21-4.1-6  Prohibition on pricing. –No dealer shall purchase or receive Class 1 milk from any Rhode Island producerfor any price less than the minimum price set by the commission pursuant to§ 21-4.1-3(a) of this chapter.
