   § 22-7.4-28  The William E. PowersBuilding. – The administration building, One Capitol Hill, located on Smith Street in thecity of Providence shall be named and known as the William E. Powers Buildingin honor of William E. Powers, deceased associate justice of the Rhode IslandSupreme Court.
