§ 23-1.2-2 - Appointment of chief counsel.

SECTION 23-1.2-2

   § 23-1.2-2  Appointment of chief counsel.– The division of legal services shall be headed by a member of the bar of thisstate who shall be appointed by the director of health with the approval of thegovernor, and who shall be in the classified service.
