§ 23-1.2-5 - Office of chief counsel.

SECTION 23-1.2-5

   § 23-1.2-5  Office of chief counsel. –The chief counsel shall have an office in the department of health buildingwhich shall be assigned to him or her for his or her use by the director of thedepartment of health.
