§ 23-11-16 Violations – Penalties.– Unless another penalty is provided by the laws of this state, any person whoshall violate any provision of this chapter, or any rule or regulation adoptedunder this chapter, shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not morethan one hundred dollars ($100), or by imprisonment for not more than thirty(30) days, or both.
