§ 23-11-17 - Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) testing.

SECTION 23-11-17

   § 23-11-17  Human immunodeficiency virus(HIV) testing. – The physician or health care provider attending any person for a suspectedsexually transmitted disease shall offer testing for human immunodeficiencyvirus (HIV). All testing pursuant to this section shall be as provided for inchapter 23-6.3.
