§ 23-13-19 - Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) testing.

SECTION 23-13-19

   § 23-13-19  Human immunodeficiency virus(HIV) testing. – (a) Every physician or health care provider attending any person for prenatalcare or family planning services shall include HIV screening consistent withthe provisions of chapter 23-6.3.
