§ 23-17.2-5 - Duty to report violations.

SECTION 23-17.2-5

   § 23-17.2-5  Duty to report violations.– Any person who knows or has reason to know of any violations of this chaptershall report the violations to the director of the department of health whoshall conduct an immediate investigation and report his or her findings to theattorney general.
