§ 23-17.4-17 Facilities to whichprovisions inapplicable. – The provisions of this chapter shall not be construed to apply to facilitieslicensed by or under the jurisdiction of the department of mental health,retardation, and hospitals, department of children, youth, and families, orinstitutions operated, or listed and certified by the First Church of Christ,Scientist, Boston, Massachusetts, or health care facilities licensed by thedepartment of health pursuant to chapter 17 of this title.
