§ 23-17.4-31 - Establishment of fees.

SECTION 23-17.4-31

   § 23-17.4-31  Establishment of fees. –The director may establish reasonable fees for the licensure application,licensure renewal, and administrative actions under this chapter. Annuallicensure fees shall be three hundred and thirty dollars ($330) per licenseeplus an additional fee of seventy dollars ($70.00) per licensed bed, whereapplicable.
