§ 23-17.4-5 Application for license.– An application for a license shall be made to the licensing agency upon formsprovided by it and shall contain any information that the licensing agencyreasonably requires, which may include affirmative evidence of ability tocomply with reasonable standards, rules, and regulations as are lawfullyprescribed under this chapter. The licensing agency shall require criminalbackground checks on owners and operators of licensed assisted livingresidences.
