§ 23-17.7.1-9 - Judicial review of license action.

SECTION 23-17.7.1-9

   § 23-17.7.1-9  Judicial review of licenseaction. – Any person who has exhausted all administrative remedies available to him orher within the licensing agency, and who is aggrieved by a final decision ofthe licensing agency, is entitled to judicial review in accordance with theprovisions of §§ 42-35-15 and 42-35-16.
