   § 23-18.6.1-18  Immunity. – (a) A person that acts in accordance with this chapter or with the applicableanatomical gift law of another state, or attempts in good faith to do so, isnot liable for the act in a civil action, criminal prosecution, oradministrative proceeding.

   (b) Neither the person making an anatomical gift nor thedonor's estate is liable for any injury or damage that results from the makingor use of the gift.

   (c) In determining whether an anatomical gift has been made,amended, or revoked pursuant to this chapter, a person may rely uponrepresentations of an individual listed in § 23-18.6.1-9 relating to theindividual's relationship to the donor or prospective donor unless the personknows that the representation is untrue.
