§ 23-19.14-12 Protection from contributionactions. – A party who is exempt from liability under §§ 23-19.14-7, 23-19.14-8or 23-19.14-10 of this chapter shall not be liable for claims for contributionregarding matters addressed in the letter of compliance or the settlementagreement or the remedied agreement.
