§ 23-19.14-17 - Subrogation of authorities.

SECTION 23-19.14-17

   § 23-19.14-17  Subrogation of authorities.– Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prevent the state fromsubrogating its authority to pursue cost recovery or assess punitive damages aspart of a settlement action.
