§ 23-19.6-3 Policy. – It shall be the policy of the state to encourage the collection and recyclingof oil to the maximum extent possible, by means which are economically feasibleand environmentally sound, in order to conserve irreplaceable petroleumresources, preserve, and enhance the quality of human and natural environments,and protect public health and welfare.
