§ 23-19-13.3 Prohibiting business due toconviction of certain acts. – Any person, firm, or corporation engaged in the business of collecting and/ordisposing of solid waste, which has been convicted of violating any statuterelating to bribery, fraud, or bid-rigging in this state or in any other statein this country, shall for a period of three (3) years from the date ofconviction, be prohibited from doing business in this state.
