§ 23-20.10-16 Severability. – If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this chapteris for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competentjurisdiction, that portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independentprovision and this holding shall not affect the validity of the remainingportions of this chapter.
