§ 23-23.1-6 - Publication of proclamation.

SECTION 23-23.1-6

   § 23-23.1-6  Publication of proclamation.– The declaration by proclamation of the governor of an air pollution episode andany order issued by the governor pursuant to that declaration shall be givenmaximum publicity throughout the state.
