§ 23-23.5-13 Suit to restrain unlawfultrades. – In addition to the remedies existing at common law and under this chapter, thecity or town council of any city or town may bring suit to restrain theunauthorized occupancy or use of any building or premises which are occupied orused for any trades or occupation provided for by this chapter.
