§ 23-23-29.4 - Sources of diesel pollution.

SECTION 23-23-29.4

   § 23-23-29.4  Sources of diesel pollution.– On or before January 1, 2007, the department shall identify sources of dieselpollution in Rhode Island and strategies for reducing pollution from identifiedsources and report the findings to the governor and general assembly.
