§ 23-24.2-9 Interpretation andseverability. – The provisions of this chapter shall be held to be in addition to, and not insubstitution for or limitation of, the provisions of any other law. If anyprovision of this chapter or the application of this chapter to any person orcircumstances is held invalid, the remainder of the chapter and the applicationof those provisions to any other person or circumstances shall not be affectedby this chapter.
