   § 23-24.6-18  Revisions to HousingMaintenance and Occupancy Code. – Nothing in this chapter shall alter the responsibilities of owners andoccupants, or the authority of enforcing officers, under the HousingMaintenance and Occupancy Code, chapter 24.3 of title 45.
