   § 23-25.2-8  Annual report. – The board shall file an annual report on or before January 30th each year withthe governor and the general assembly. The report shall include, but need notbe limited to, a detailed accounting of the fund's receipts and disbursementsduring the preceding calendar year. The report shall also include therecommendation of the board as to whether the allocation of the year's receiptsprovided for in § 23-25.2-5(c), namely, seventy-five percent (75%) foremergency relief and grants to municipalities and twenty-five percent (25%) forIPM grants, should be retained or altered. The director shall provide the boardwith information required in order that the board may prepare the annual report.
