SECTION 23-27.3-109.1.1

   § 23-27.3-109.1.1  Committee –Licensing of laboratories and test personnel. – The committee may issue rules and regulations for the licensing of individuals,laboratories, agencies, corporations, and firms responsible for the testing ofmaterials, devices, and methods of construction, as provided in §23-27.3-129.1.
