§ 23-28.20-11 Severability. – If any part of this chapter shall be declared unconstitutional or invalid, theunconstitutionality or invalidity shall in no way affect the constitutionalityor validity of any other portion thereof which can be given reasonable effectwithout the part so declared unconstitutional or invalid.
