§ 23-28.22-24 - Rules and regulations.

SECTION 23-28.22-24

   § 23-28.22-24  Rules and regulations.– The state fire marshal is hereby authorized to formulate and administer rulesand regulations relating to the provisions of this chapter which shall beenforced in accordance with § 23-28.22-2(a).
