§ 23-33-13 Reports of authorizedinspectors – Issuance of certificate – Fee. – When any authorized inspector shall inspect an elevator, or any other devicesubject to the provisions of this chapter, the inspector shall immediately makea report of the inspection to the administrator, and if the elevator or deviceis adjudged to conform in all respects with the code of rules, theadministrator, upon payment of a fee of thirty-five dollars ($35.00), shallissue to the owner of the elevator or device a certificate stating the date ofthe issue of the certificate, which shall be renewable annually, but shall bevalid until revoked.
