§ 23-38-3 - Penalty for violation.

SECTION 23-38-3

   § 23-38-3  Penalty for violation. –A person who violates this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a violation andshall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250). Each day thatthe violation continues or exists shall constitute a separate offense.
