§ 23-59-2 Registration. – (a) Except as provided in § 23-59-13, no provider shall engage in thebusiness of providing or offering to provide continuing care at a facility inthis state unless the provider has registered with the department with respectto the facility.
(b) A registration statement shall be filed with thedepartment by the provider on forms prescribed by the department and shallinclude:
(1) All information required by the department pursuant toits enforcement of this chapter; and
(2) The initial disclosure statement required by §23-59-3.
(c) Registration shall be deemed complete if the departmenthas not notified the provider of incompleteness within ninety (90) days of thefiling.
