   § 23-6.3-12  Administrative relief. –Any individual who believes that he or she has been unlawfully discriminatedagainst in housing, education, employment, the granting of credit, publicaccommodations, or delivery of services on the basis of a positive HIV test, orperception of a positive test, may bring action for administrative reliefbefore the Rhode Island human rights commission; and that commission may hearthe matter and grant relief in those cases.
