§ 23-6.3-18 - Severability.

SECTION 23-6.3-18

   § 23-6.3-18  Severability. – If any provision of this chapter is held by a court to be invalid, thatinvalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions of the chapter, and tothis end the provisions of the chapter are declared severable.
