§ 23-69-3 - Formulation of plan.

SECTION 23-69-3

   § 23-69-3  Formulation of plan. – The director of health shall formulate and keep current a tuberculosis controlinvoluntary detention plan for this state, in accordance with the duty assumedin § 23-10-6.
