§ 24-10-5 Fuel and service facilitiesadjacent to freeways. – (a) In order to permit the establishment of adequate fuel and other servicefacilities by private owners or their lessees for the users of a freeway, thedirector of transportation shall provide for access roads within the state'sright-of-way of any freeway established or designated as provided in thischapter, at points which in his or her opinion, will best serve the publicinterest.
(b) The location of fuel and other service facilities may beindicated to the users of the freeway by appropriate sign, the size, style, andspecifications of which shall be determined by the director of transportation.
