SECTION 24-12-46
§ 24-12-46 Severability. – The provisions of this chapter are severable and if any of its provisions shallbe held unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, the decisionof the court shall not affect or impair any of the remaining provisions of thischapter. It is hereby declared to be the legislative intent that this chapterwould have been adopted had the unconstitutional provisions not been includedtherein.
