§ 25-3-6 Powers of director. – The director may promulgate any regulations as shall be necessary for the fulland proper implementation of this chapter. The regulations shall be adoptedonly in accordance with the procedures established by chapter 35 of title 42.The director shall also be empowered to enforce and administer the provisionsof this chapter and to prosecute violations of any of the provisions of thischapter.
