§ 27-12.1-1 - Applicability.

SECTION 27-12.1-1

   § 27-12.1-1  Applicability. – The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all domestic, foreign, and alieninsurers who are authorized to transact business in this state. "Insurer" meansany legal entity subject to state insurance regulation.
