§ 27-12-4 - Penalty for refusal to answer interrogatories.

SECTION 27-12-4

   § 27-12-4  Penalty for refusal to answerinterrogatories. – Every insurance producer who shall refuse or neglect to answer anyinterrogatories required under § 27-12-3 for the space of thirty (30)days, and continues to act as an insurance producer, shall be liable to thepenalty prescribed in § 27-2.4-14.
