§ 27-14.3-58 Ancillary summaryproceedings. – The commissioner in his or her sole discretion may institute proceedings under§ 27-14.3-10 at the request of the commissioner or other appropriateinsurance official of the domiciliary state of any foreign or alien insurerhaving property located in this state.
