§ 27-16-14 Severability. – If any provision of §§ 27-16-3 – 27-16-14 or the application ofany of these provisions to any person or circumstances is held invalid, theinvalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the sectionswhich can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and tothis end the provisions of §§ 27-16-3 – 27-16-14 are declared tobe severable.
