§ 27-2.4-17 Reciprocity. – (a) The insurance commissioner shall waive any requirements for a nonresidentlicense applicant with a valid license from his or her home state, except therequirements imposed by § 27-2.4-10, if the applicant's home state awardsnonresident licenses to residents of this state on the same basis.
(b) A nonresident insurance producer's satisfaction of his orher home state's continuing education requirements for licensed insuranceproducers shall constitute satisfaction of this state's continuing educationrequirements if the nonresident insurance producer's home state recognizes thesatisfaction of its continuing education requirements imposed upon insuranceproducers from this state on the same basis.
